Before you decide on a steak, there are some things you should know - All our steaks are Triple A grade Canadian Beef giving you just enough marbling throughout your steak for a most flavourful steak. All steaks are aged for appoximately 28 days which tenderizes the meat and intensifies its flavour. Our steaks are sprinkled with our own unique blend of spices and seared over high heat to lock in the natural juices and grilled to perfection.
